Aqui a paisagem não desilude: pedras, rochas vermelhas e montanhas por todo o lado, com a possível aparição de alguns dos vários animais que aqui vivem livremente, como os elefantes do deserto, girafas, rinocerontes negros ou, mesmo leões.
Entre os pontos altos – literalmente - a Brandberg Mountain, também conhecida como ‘Fire Mountain’, devido aos reflexos do sol, que lhe dão um tom alaranjado quando o dia começa e acaba, é a maior montanha da Namíbia — com 2.573 metros de altura.
É também aqui que pode ver algumas das mais conhecidas pinturas rupestres – nomeadamente, a White Lady - que foi pintada há cerca de 1000 a 6000 anos, imagine! Mas há, neste parque, muitos outros locais onde é possível ver pinturas rupestres, e que são excelentes pretextos para querer explorar todos os caminhos e encontrar todas as belezas de uma paisagem tão especial.
